By using the App, you acknowledge that we will use the camera on your device, which
is
integral to and necessary for the operation of the App.

will respond to any request within a reasonable time and will endeavour to promptly
correct any personal information found to be incorrect so that the personal

is accurate, up to date, complete, relevant and not misleading.

If you believe that we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles and wish to
make

out details of the breach. We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond
to
you in writing setting out the outcome of our investigation, what steps we propose
to
take to remedy the breach and any other action we will take to deal with your

8. MINORS
To use the Site or the App, you must be over the age of sixteen (16). We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of sixteen (16)
and
do not wish to do so. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage so
that
we can verify that minors under the age of sixteen (16) are not using the App. In
the
event that it comes to our knowledge that a person under the age of sixteen (16) is
using the App, we may prohibit and block such user from using the App and will make
all
efforts to promptly delete any personal information collected from that user.

following any such amendments will be deemed to be confirmation that you accept
